Ten of our illustrators were asked by Saatchi and Saatchi to take part in a fantastic subway exhibition in China. Called "Fresh Beginning for Love" the artworks, used large scale are on tour in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou right now with the aim of 'turning common subway stations into colourful art galleries.'

Nippon Paint invited a total of 32 artists and illustrators from around the world to use their environmentally friendly paints to create the 'love' images. Now, the stations are inspiring 'visual feasts' for commuters.

The Global Times says of the event "After touring the three cities, the 32 artworks will be sold at a charity bazaar at the end of this year. All the funds will be used for "Color, Way of Love," the charity platform of Nippon Paint China for Hope Project Schools, and to improve the teaching environment as well as art education.
Nippon Paint hopes that this philanthropic subway exhibition will inspire people who love beauty to look at their surroundings with fresh eyes and to fill their lives with color."

Purrfect Kat!

Welcome to the strange and unexpected world of Kat Cameron – a world that subtly blends ultra-cuteness with something slightly darker and sinister (with the occasional hint of something kinky lurking there too.) Kat’s distinctive characters have occupied record covers, posters and other general “cutestuff – including clothing” – for some time now. Most recently, Kat has teamed up with the Illicit Clothing family, where she and her creations are ready to unleash more “sordid dreams” and “cutesy nightmares” into the world! You have been warned!

Circus Circus!

Grabbing your attention like nobody's business is Kat Cameron and these promotional screamers for Zurich's Circus Circus festival.

The stunning artwork neatly integrates the various stars of the event, and in a welcome change to the usual flyer-poster format, is presented in the form of CD and booklet. The job was commissioned by X-TRA Productions.

Hidden Treasures

This fantastical scene is the brainchild of Kat Cameron who was commissioned for four illustrations for the RAC's new recruitment drive.

Featuring in press ads and online banners, the four scenes will steer the candidates towards a website, with the RAC van appearing as the 'treasure' in each colourful scenario.
