Flood
Award winning illustrator Robert Carter has painted this moody illustration for Alberta Venture Magazine. 'Flood' tackles the issue of southern Alberta farmers who have found themselves bailing floodwater, cleaning up their properties and paying for uninsured damages for the last two years. 'Now, both land owners and insurance industry executives think it might be time for a change.'
